Greystone Castle Wedding
Maria & Tom’s wedding at Greystone Castle in Canastota New York was absolutely perfect, and was pretty much perfect for one reason only. It was Gilmore Girls themed. Yupp. You heard me right. When I first met Maria, we bonded over the fact that Gilmore Girls was one of our favorite shows and if we both could, we would move to Stars Hollow, like, yesterday. When she told me her wedding was going to incorporate the show in some way, I knew this was my kinda bride.
Maria & Tom did lots of research and named each table after a location in Stars Hollow. We’re talking Miss Patty’s Dance Studio, the Black, White, and Read Bookstore, Sophie’s Music Shop, and many more. The buffet line was of course, Lukes Dinner and the dessert table? You guessed it. Weston’s Bakery. Not to mention, the round dance floor at Greystone Castle reminded me of being inside a gazebo, so bonus points there as well!
Maria & Tom, it was such an honor to photograph your special day and it was a wedding that I will never forget. Throughout our entire time together, you both were nothing but sweet and FUN. I wish you both so many years of happiness and many happy mornings spent over Luke’s coffee.
